Service Development and Project Management

We collaborate with IST service providers to develop new services for the campus, evaluate existing services and retire outmoded services. We provide project oversight for the entire lifecycle of our customer's engagement with IST, including definition, development, delivery and exit. We work on projects with campus-wide impact and cross-IST involvement and lead cross-functional service teams to ensure that IST services are delivered to our customers. We manage key customer accounts and serve as the customer advocate for IST in its strategic and operational planning.
