We aim to address three main questions regarding our customers.
What do our customers want?
We develop, conduct and analyze surveys on IST services. We hold customer forums to get feedback and recommendations for IST services.
How do we reach our customers?
We organize presentations about IST services to the campus audience. We write articles on developments in IST services and disseminate them to various communication channels on campus. We work with our service providers to develop and manage outreach campaigns for IST services. We also manage the IST Service Catalog
What does IST mean to our customers?
We are the caretakers of the IST brand and plan to develop a branding strategy for IST. We create standards and templates for commonly used communication tools (ex., slides, agenda document, flyers, etc.). We provide oversight, direction and administration of the IST website.
