We coordinate customer engagements with IST service providers. Our expertise in assessing new hardware, software, and services help our customers determine which technologies are best-suited for implementation. We work with our customers to determine their requirements, consult with IST service providers to identify the appropriate IST resources and make these recommendations to customers.  We ensure that services we provision for our customers are tracked from the initial service request to billing.
