A survey is one means through which IST can give a voice to its customers. It is a systematic way to identify what is working and what needs to be improved from the customer's vantage point. Surveys can provide a baseline for documenting progress as IST focuses on being a quality service provider. Information about and results from future surveys will be posted on this page.
