Previously unanswered questions:
- Can I restore a single backed-up file on CalWeb Pro/WebFarm web hosting
service?
You can restore a single file if using the Unix web hosting services and
Windows Windows WebFarm, but Windows IIS only performs disaster recovery
backups.(From the Unix Team Public Wiki):

- Can I migrate files from Webfarm's DEV to QA environment myself or do I
have to request migration from the Unix team?
Customers must submit a request for migration from both the DEV to QA and the
QA to PROD environments.
