AirBears provides wireless network service at various campus locations. Connect to the campus network from any computer equipped with a wireless card using IEEE standard 802.11b technology. A CalNet ID is required to use the service. Guest accounts are also available. |

Access to the AirBears wireless network is also available to visitors requiring short-term access to the campus network. This is useful for visitors attending conferences or meetings. Campus faculty and staff may set up Guest Accounts valid for up to one week for sponsored visitors.
