Computer Repair and Support, Campus (CCRS)

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Description:

Official campus hardware warranty support unit for Apple, Dell, and Lenovo computers. CCRS also provides out-of-warranty hardware support for an hourly fee.  Other services provided: data backup/transfer, OS Installation, memory and harddrive installation. 

CCRS has partnered with a service provider to support Toshiba and Sony hardware. 

Formerly called WHSG (Workstation Hardware Support Group).  Now a part of DOCS.

Costs:

In-warranty units are serviced free of charge.  Out of warranty are serviced at an hourly rate of $80/hr plus parts.
