Salesforce Jump-Start

Implement Salesforce for your department in a week. IST's Web Applications team offers onsite Salesforce consulting for five continuous days (40 hours) to get your Salesforce application up and running. This service includes:

• a one-hour project kick-off to coordinate logistics for a workshop on solutions design
• a workshop to design solutions for up to 4 hours
• application configuration based on priorities you identify with the Web Applications team
• post-configuration solution review session
• a knowledge transfer document with recommendations of additional module deployments not covered in the basic implementation package based on your business process

Note that this service is not designed to support advanced deployments such as data migration, complex workflows, reports and dashboards or customizeable forecasting. This service also assumes certain customer responsibities to ensure successful implementation. Among them are: providing a dedicated internal project manager, ensuring assignment and availability of the customer project team, providing timely and complete information, and sign-off on solution design document.
