Enterprise Windows Web Farm Service

The Microsoft IIS-based Web Farm service is designed for resource-intensive, web-based applications with more complex database requirements. There is a DEV, QA, and PROD environment for each site. Each environment 250 MB of storage. The PROD environment is supported on two load balanced Dell 1855 blades secured behind a Cisco Firewall Module. Developers have network access to the DEV file share. Code migrations to QA and PROD must be submitted to the Enterprise Windows Team.

The Web Farm Service includes the following tools:

• ColdFusion v7
• DigiCert SSL Certificate

Additional services, on a recharge basis, are available for:

• Database services
• SAN storage
