Requesting Assistance

Designated Help Email

Departments subscribed to DOCS may send requests to their assigned Help Email. A list of these addresses can be found here [ADD PDF of depts and emails]. Please add "@lists.berkeley.edu" after the email name listed.

Call your assigned Primary Staff

All subscribed departments are assigned a primary staff person. Departments may call their staff person directly.

IST DOCS Help Desk

Users who have emergency requests may call the DOCS Help Desk directly 3-2780. This phone number is staffed Monday-Friday 9a-5p.

IST Service Desk

For widespread issues related directly to other IST services (network, email, Calagenda, etc), feel free to contact the IST Service Desk.
