DOCS MOVES TO CAMPUS SHARED SERVICES THURSDAY JANUARY 17, 2013!

Effective January 17, 2013 IST DOCS will become part of the Campus Shared Services (CSS) Information Technology (IT) department.

All of the DOCS technicians are transitioning to CSS IT, and will continue to support current DOCS clients. The goal of CSS IT is to provide the same level of high quality support, although the roles of individual technicians may change over time. Most of the technicians will remain on campus to provide on-site support during the transition and CSS IT will staff on-site locations to provide immediate hands-on service.

Other IT units moving to CSS IT include the IST Service Desk and the Application Service Desk.

To request help or access services beginning January 17, 2013, use one of the following three options:
