Departmental On-site Computing Support (DOCS) provides desktop and server support to academic, administrative, and research departments. DOCS is happy to announce that we are now providing support to COIS customers.

  • Monthly Subscription Support Services - For ongoing support for desktops, laptops and/or servers on the Windows and Macintosh platforms.
  
  
  • Hourly Support Services - One-time repairs, installations, or troubleshooting
