IST's Deputy CIO, Michael Mundrane, manages the operations of the four departments within IST.  The directors of these departments report to the Deputy CIO.

• Client Services (CS)
• Application Services (AS)
• Data Services (DS)
• Infrastructure Services (IS)

The following unit also reports to the Deputy CIO.

• Budget, Planning, and Financial Analysis (BPFA)

The position of Deputy CIO reports to the campus's Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice Chancellor for Information Technology.
