We are the initial point of contact for campus departmental and individual clients seeking information or problem resolution for IST services or products. Customers can go to the following page for contact information:

Our goal is to help our clients resolve their issues, either directly, or by working with our colleagues in IST who deliver these services. We provide our support services via email, phone, in person, and via online documentation and self-care tools.

The Service Desk Unit consists of the following groups.
