Client Services (CS)

The three units of Client Services are functionally organized to meet clients' needs — both individual and departmental.

• Service Desk and Technology Acquisition and Sales Unit: This unit supports the IST Service Desk, the initial point of contact for the departmental and individual clients seeking information or problem resolution for an IST service or product.
• Technical Account Management Unit: This unit provides IST customers with assistance, guidance and coordination to reach optimal solutions for their needs.
• Student Labs, Facilities Management and DOCS: Provides management of campus computer laboratories as well as IST building and resource maintenance.
