- Technical Account Management (TAM). Those people who wish to inquire about IST services for a project or who are unfamiliar with IST services and need advice on these services, should contact the TAM.

- TSW (classic) Store for Departments: This is a store for faculty and staff to purchase products with departmental funds. - HRMS Functional Help Desk: resources for HRMS users, 510-643-4443.
- IST Strategic Technology Acquisition: (formerly Strategic Vendor Relations) services provided to departments at several stages during the acquisition of strategic information technology solutions, 510-643-9677.
