- Technical Account Management (TAM). Those people who wish to inquire about IST services for a project or who are unfamiliar with IST services and need advice on these services, should contact the TAM.

- Campus Computer Store: The Scholar's Workstation (TSW) provides product information and sells computers, software, and peripherals to students, faculty, staff, and departments at academic pricing; walk-in or purchase online; help in understanding and selecting a computer is also available; 510-642-8424, Hearst Field Annex, Bldg D1, M-Th 9:00 am–5:00 pm, F 10:00 am–2:00 pm (check TSW website for changes in posted hours); phone hours M-Th 10:00 am–5:30 pm, F 9:30 am–3:30 pm.
- Educational Technology Services: faculty assistance with course websites, multimedia content, classroom technology (non-IST service).
