CCRC is an image capture and document management system developed for the Chancellor's office. Documents received by the Chancellor's office are scanned into the "Tracker" system and stored into an image repository. Key information about a document, including routing and tracking of actions, are stored in a Microsoft SQL server database. The Tracker application consists of two independent systems. The first is a two tier client server application written in Power Builder and is used to perform the document capture, image to PDF conversion, and content management. The second is a web application written in ASP that is used for document viewing and routing via the web.
