Tools Overview
The IST-AS toolkit for web application / services development is based on the open-source IDE Eclipse. Installation instructions for Eclipse on the Windows OS can be found on this section of the site. The place to get started is the HowTo document Development Workstation Configuration for IST-AS Web Development.
Documentation on Subclipse Usage is provided as a "quick-start" for developers getting started using UC Berkeley's Subversion code repositories.
